Noise

Noise must be kept to an acceptable level especially at night as there may be young children  trying to sleep.

Refuse.

Bins are provided & are emptied weekly .

Cleaning & Bedlinen.

Final cleaning is included in the rental charge, but failure to leave the accommodation in a clean & tidy condition will result in a charge of €80  being levied. Bed linen is supplied free of charge.

Breakages.

Any damage to furniture, fixtures & fittings outside of normal wear & tear will have to be paid for.

Accommodation Capacity.

For insurance reasons, the total number of clients staying in each holiday home must not exceed the maximum capacity. This rule is strictly enforced  & clients breaching this rule will be asked to leave.

Pets.

Strictly no pets allowed.

Behaviour.

Ardmore Holiday Homes reserves the right to refuse or terminate the rental of the holiday home at the discretion of its agents/management without refund if clients/occupiers behave in a disruptive manner, cause a nuisance or disturbance, endanger the safety or well being of other clients in the complex or that of the client himself, cause damage to the property, or in any other circumstances deemed reasonable  by its agents or management.

Liability.

Ardmore Holiday Homes, its employees or agents are not responsible for any loss or damage to valuables or property left in the home or onsite during the stay or on departure.
